It occurs as a sort of buzzing noise and it's less noticeable without head/earphones. It doesn't really bother me, but I thought I'd just let you know if you haven't figured it out yet. Otherwise... Those are some great fries. For them to stay so crisp without steaming up is some quality service right there. The fries are also golden in color, and there are no burnt ends to them. For $11.50, I see this as a once/twice a month delicacy rather than a weekly routine. You're going to stack on some pounds if you eat this every other day of the week.

but are they the world's most crispy fries?

they look closer to Belgium fries than french, but if i am being really honest they kinda just look like the fries you get by a fish and chips store in the uk.

Those are actually called flemish fries (from belgium) : They are thicker and rectangular It is the most flemish dish everr and we always eat it with mayo ;) . A casual beglian would have these everyweek to 3 times a week on average

do they taste different? we call them steak chips in england

@@SunlightJO Good question, i would say it depends were the producer gets his patatoes from and how they cook them, altough the shape of the frie would be the biggest difference in terms of experience/texture.
