after they clean the ends, they attach two electrodes that are encased in glass, to the ends of the cleaned sign nubs. One of the electrode glasses is left open and one sealed, they then use a crossfire torch to create a tubulation which is a glass bubble that will hold a drop of mercury. They attach the tubulation to the open end of the electrode and also to power after they drop in the mercury and then attach the tubulation to a pump that will suck out the air and pump in argon gas. After they pump the gas in they run power through it making the gas glow. They close it all off and then leave the sign running for 2 hours to let the mercury completely turn to gas and spread evenly through the sign. This is my first time being the paragraph guy, I watched the video for us at 5 am before I have to work goodnight

When I was a wee lad, my health teacher used to show us his favorite cartoons after finals were over, and we didn't have anything left to cover. I once foresaw the day when lazy or cool teachers would show their kids their favorite old memes when there was nothing to do, but I now see we've skipped that step. Zoom ruined it. The future generation will never get to be affected by our nostalgic media, not really. Not in the same ways.

Probably many, many, many, many tubes. A glassworker I know once quoted this statement by another glassworker: "You're not paying me for the 90 minutes it took me to make that pipe; you're paying me for the 20 years it took for me to be able to fairly consistently make that pipe in 90 minutes."

Im learning to do this at the moment. The clear glass is sold by weight and I reckon I threw away probably 30-40kg of glass before I felt like i was getting the hang of it. I couldn't do this shape in this video yet, but I can do block capital text at the moment, although I struggle with S, O, C, any letters with big swooping curves. U and P where its just half a full circle I can do though.

He became an entrepreneur, took up the fine art of glass blowing, and started a business creating neon light fixtures in las vegas nevada. They take the dingle bop and they push it through the grumbo, where the fleeb is rubbed against it. It's important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all the fleeb juice. Then, a schlami shows up, and he rubs it... and spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There's several hizzards in the way. The blamfs rub against the chumbles, and the...plubis, and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with...a regular old plumbus.

How to make a Plumbus: Start by taking a decent length of Dinglebop and cutting it to shape. The Dinglebop, must be perfectly square and also fresh. Then once the Dinglebop is ready they then smooth it out with a couple hands full of schleem, which for health and safety reasons, should be stored in their pockets. The Schleem can also be repurposed for later batches. They then take the Dinglebop and use a Dinglebop stick to push it through the Grumbo. Once they have done this they can then begin to rub the Fleeb against it, which has all of the Fleeb Juice. Once the Fleeb Juice has been applied, they then need to get the Schlommy to rub it and then spit on it. They can then chop the Fleeb At this point you may notice that there are several Hizzards in the way. This is quite normal at this stage. They then need Blamphs to rub against the Chumbles. The Plubus and Grumbo can now be shaved away. You're now left with a Regular old Plumbus.
