I have a theory. You see how bendy isn’t confused? That he transformed back? It’s like he was ordered, or forced to transform. I have 2 things for this. 1. Either he is scared, and attacking audrey as ink bendy because she “attacked” him first, and is trying to frighten her so she could at least escape. 2. It's interesting to look at the way he's walking away after stabilizing. In audio clip log 44 inside the prison, it's revealed that Winston and the keepers tortured Bendy in several ways trying to force him down into this form. There were pipes and such shoved into his side, making him supposedly cry in the audio log-- so it makes me wondered if Bendy has healed from the wounds and such.

Okay so this to me answers and asks so many questions. As we know from the first game and some of the novels that the Ink Demon was a failed experiment to create a living Bendy but after seeing this I think that in a way the Ink Demon’s creation was actually both a success and failure because they did create the perfect real life Bendy but also a monster that share one body that shifts to match which one is in control.

@@aria5981 I would say it's more like two separated individuals. Pressing him into that shape was probably an attempt to permanently make him become someone else. And toon copies act like the toon versions, which explains his behavior. The excessive difference in the two seems more split than it being one individual (similar to how Daniel lewek described being reincarnated into a Boris body in the first novel. Two separated minds in one body). The ink demon clearly had no control over anything and only managed to break free from this shape every now and then, which to me makes it pretty obvious that this shape was probably like being a passenger in a car you don't drive. Looked behind jail bars. Being inside a house looking out through a window.

They were dissecting him and harming him even after he gained some sentience and was crying. They took joy in it. it was really unexpected, given that due to the existence of Alisson angel and several Boris, the most likely thing is that bendy would be a separate character from the ink demon, the perfect bendy, but in the end, the perfect bendy himself reveals himself as a form of the ink demon created to lock it in a harmless form, which is something very different from what was presented in the last game, which was theorized that humans would be transformed into cartoons, but few would become perfect beings while others would become ink beings and even monsters.

The "funniest" thing about this game is that we were always supposed that Bendy was the Ink Demon because of the first game. But Audrey wasn't even suspect it, because she wasn't a main character of "Bendy and ink machine" like in this game, so this moment was a more surprising moment for her.

Ink Bendy transforming back to his cute self reminds me of Snide transforming back to Heckyl from Power rangers dino super charge🦖 Poor little guy was trying to control himself but Ink Bendy kept taking controlling him & becoming what he was since Bendy & the ink machine... We need the split emitter stat!!!

I think you're right. he only showed up right before the entrance, Like a last ditch attempt to get her to turn back

Yeah well he appeared and killed me at the same spot 5 minutes later so I don't think he's keeping player's best interests in mind
