I agree with Mr. Phillip. God didn't create marriage so that abuse can be a means of keeping the family together. That is totally opposite of God's grace and love.

Even if the women withdraw their cases, let the evidence of the violent crime in itself incriminate the perpetrator. Let the law itself make the complaint based on the evidence.
