It takes some work to get it removed. I used a makeup remover with oil in it and then washed with a cleanser and it came out.

Is this a drier formula (which I need)? I agree with you. Marketing for mascara products is a joke. Do brands think consumers are so gullible to believe a mascara increases volume/length by 1000% ?!

I wouldn't say it's a dry formula, but a little drier than most.
