Got the duster bifuel. Fuel cost savings have been amazing. £20 of fuel didn’t even get me half a tank the other day and a 120 mile range. Full tank of lpg cost me £32 and have over 320 mile range. I’m no mathematical genius but I know what I choose!

Bought our sandero new in September and we went for the bi fuel model and we are extremely happy with it, our monthly fuel bill has more than halfed.

@@petehudson595 How easy have you found LPG fuel to come by? I live in Glasgow and am looking at a bi fuel dacia but have no idea how common LPG fuel is at petrol stations etc

@@rossadams7635 not got a Dacia but have been running lpg cars for 15 years could Count on one hand amount of times that I haven’t been able to fill up with lpg , not a problem as the cold to switch over to petrol and then back to LPG when you get some

Wish Dacia would have bi-fuel automatic models. I like the idea of LPG even though the list of retailers selling it is shrinking rapidly but i do not want to go back to a manual transmission. I do like Dacia's honestly with LPG, on their website they admit the MPG takes a 25% hit using LPG over petrol while other sites claim it is only 15-20% loss. Well done Dacia.

So initially it’ll start on petrol, then once warmed up it’ll click over to lpg automatically then. It will use just petrol until it kicks over to lpg, then it’ll JUST use the lpg. Sometimes you’ll kinda feel it. But usually you don’t really notice.

Is Dacia hoping to introduce lpg refuelling pumps at/near select Dacia dealers out of interest? Just with lpg, not just Dacia use it, so could be a positive commercial opportunity for Dacia uk. Specially with Mfg group starting to reduce lpg pumps. Yet it’s cheaper and greener all round. I’m viewing a bifuel model today in my local Dacia dealership.

This is a gross misrepresentation. The commentator starts by stating that the Bi-Fuel engine uses two fuels; namely PETROL & LPG. Then he goes on to say that the LPG reduces the Nitrous Oxide emission by 80% compared to DIESEL Engine. Shame on Dacia's Publicity Department to use inaccurate and FALSE comparison in order to boost the new model's economy benefits!!!

In Romania they don't have to do these commercials, the only reason why this is still a thing at Dacia is because Romanians use this a lot! Especialy taxi drivers! I guess Dacia wanted to get rid of this a long time ago but they didn't because they had and have enourmous sales here

It does use 2 fuels hence the name Bi-Fuel!
