Liebe Rosa, danke für deine Rückmeldung! 📜🚩Tatsächlich war Karate barfuss im Schnee härter als das Eis Wasser. Im Schnee kann man es kaum 8 Minuten aushalten. Das Eis Wasser war nichts. 15 Minuten sind kein Problem. Hier schleicht die Kälte nur langsam die Wirbelsäule hoch. Ein schönes Wochenende wünscht Dir Jürgen 🍀🎶🎸🍻🍨💐🌴

@@karatetubegermany Just common lower back pain in my L4 and L5 I believe. Seems like the cold weather tenses the muscles and it takes a lot of stretching to adapt to the temperature changes. I think the pain is caused by years of bad posture and working at General Motors

It was my estimation ....it's always the right balance between strengthen the muscles, relaxation and flexibility! If your doctor gives his clearance start with a strength training in a fitness club for your back and core! If this is not possible go in the woods! 🌲🌲🌲 You can see me doing my exercises outdoors!
