Pension is a different subject. If you are a work permit holder, you can’t retire and get PR. Your dependant may choose to retire. Normal retirement age is 66 currently. It’s increasing to 67 soon. You won’t get any state pension unless you have contributed to national insurance for a minimum of 10 years. If you have private pension, you can withdraw 25% of it tax free if you are 55 years or older. Again that’s going upwards soon
