Almonds n figs should be soaked separately... according to Ayurveda..... because anjeer 's water should be also drunk

You are absolutely right, figs water is more nutritious and should not be discarded at the same time, soaked almonds release oxalates which can be safely discarded, because oxalates aren't good for some people.

@@FatimaZahra-q4b u can drink it in winters b cos according to Ayurveda taseer of all nuts is garam means hot....in winters we need to keep our body hot so drink it in winters n avoid in summers😊

Do not water soak figs with almond and cashew. Water soak raisins and figs separately and drink that water too. But the water used to soak almonds / cashews shouldn't be used.

Anjeer its dry fruit not dry nuts Only nuts we done soak the water And pleas know different between dry fruits and dry nuts because dry fruits easly digestive not a nuts so nuts soak overnight because digestive

After overnight soaked woh soaked pani bhi pee lena chahiye tha. Otherwise anjeer aur almond kaa sab benefits woh soaked water ke sathe nikal jata hain.

Almond ka soaked pani nhi peena chahiye. That's why you need to soak them separately

@@avisekh1 The upper layer of almonds also contains antinutrients like tannins and phytic acid, which might interfere with the other nutrients present in the almonds. Hence, once soaked one must discard the water as these antinutrients are dissolved in the water.
