Hi Gillian, Can you ask Lou how long his enzymes last for? I bought some years ago, but never used them all. I didn't understand how good they are, and never finished taking them all. I wonder if I can still take them, or if I should buy a new bottle?

Wow. Can you tell us about this device? In other words, do the probes simply 'complete the circuit' to the light bulb (and thus demonstrate energy coming from the food)? Or does the device also connect to a power source (and so the probes would be completing the circuit of the power source and the bulb, showing the foods' ability to carry energy, rather than providing energy per se...as in the case of the Salt that Lou mentions triggering the light) Can you tell us about what makes up this circuit? All the best🙏🌼🌳❤️🌿🌈

A product to add “liyf” to a dead cooked medium… honestly not raw, doesn’t seem to be the highest ideal. It gives me the impression that Lou still eats cooked food but feels better about it or calls it “living” because he mixes his product into it.

he's just showing if you are constantly eating cooked food it is taxing the pancreas and pulling and pulling enzymes which can eventually lead to potential issues! and even with raw food Lou has taken enzymes for 50 years (i take them now too) because like he says most of us aren't picking our foods fresh and the state of our soil/food isn't the same but still raw living foods have so much more life and enzymes in them!! even if you don't take the digestive enzymes!

So if I want to do this experiment myself I would do this: get a "trouble light" from a hardware store, with a bulb, its connected wire with the AC plug at the end. Cut off the plug so I have two exposed wires, and insert those wires into my "live" food. Is it that simple?

I love eating raw foods. I got a nama j2. I feel so good from eating raw foods. For me, that's all I need to know. As I'm watching this, I'm like... "What am I even watching? I don't know enough about electrical tech to look at that and authentically have a wow reaction. if I went and got a light bulb and took the connector and put it in some juice, I now just have.... a plug with some juice on it. So this needs some explaining from the source. Otherwise, it just looks like two truths and a lie, which makes everything look like a lie.

Awesome demonstration, thank you for showing that! I d love to ask Lou, enzymes are so sensitive, they are not only easily destroyed by the heat but also by our stomach acid so they dont actually get to the small intestine where the pancreatic duct opens so how they can be of any help to the pancreas? Thank you very much, love your channel! Much love❤

All cooked food is poison, so that's a 40% toxic / 60% healthy diet. At least it's 20% more healthy food intake - but Not sure I like those percentages myself. I understand the difficulty though. Cooked Food addiction is harder to kick than crack.

I have been watching Lou in your channel for the last few days and I noticed he keeps clearing his throat in ALL the videos. This means there's something that he's eating that's not agreeing with his body. A person who eats mostly raw would produce excess mucus on the throat when they injest a foreign substance in their body. For example cooked food. Maybe in his case it's because of the supplements. He's also very red, why is that?

Thanks for sharing! I still do eat a minimal amount of cooked foods for various reasons. I have read many studies on cooked vegetables showing that certain vitamins and minerals are enhanced in certain vegetables when they are cooked. One that comes to mind is tomatoes and the lycopene content which is increased when cooked.
@nbakes24
@nbakes24 Жыл бұрын
The problem with this observation is did the lycopene already exist? I’m not sure it spontaneously arises by magic, I think we can just observe it after processing which is what the body should do with the raw product and enzymes naturally occurring eventually the body receives the same enzymes without the carcinogenic HCAs and acrylamides
@Chris-dw6cu
@Chris-dw6cu 11 ай бұрын
Cooked tomatoes are toxic and extremely acidic. We have no need of anything called "lycopene," what we need is what nature provides as a complete package in each raw fruit. Health is simple : eat the whole fruit in its natural form. Ignore nutritionists: it's just for-profit noise

I was curious because I watch your other videos with Shane and Dr. Elizabeth, and Lou Corona. I know Shane and Dr. Elizabeth said they don't dye their hair. Does Lou Corona dye his hair? In my FOK group one lady wrote that her hair was returning to its natural color. FOK isn't raw, but it is heavy on fresh fruits and vegetables. I'm curious if eating raw food affects hair color.

Its affected mine. Lot less gray. Try it for yourself and see. The thing is, you'll probably have to go ALL raw for awhile to see any difference. Maybe you'll go back to cooked, but at least you'll know it can make a difference.

To make sure the chemotherapy is most effective in killing cancer cells I have to stay away from antioxidants because they'll protect the cancer cells during treatment. Do you have any experience with people reintroducing raw foods after chemotherapy? I've been high raw for 17 years but still got breast cancer 😞 I'm very lucky it was caught at stage one. I didn't go in for my first mammogram until after my 50th b-day. I thought my lifestyle would protect me better. The doctors explained to me there's just so many factors that contribute. All we can do is go for annual screening to catch cancer early.
