For tripura, CGHS and railways cadre should be opted. After 3 years of service you will be eligible for study leave, after 5 years for sponsored seat.

UPSC doesn't provide extensions to cover your rural bond, they provide only to pg pursuing candidates.

There is a 2 year bond if you take extension from CMS to join service later as you're doing pg. There's a 3 year bond after taking pg through sponsorship. If u give exam after pg completion, no bond.

If you are posted in CGHS Delhi, 1-2 night duty per month, otherwise none. In railways cadre there are more night duties.

Approximately 40 to 48 hours per week in CHS, MCD, NDMC. In railways slightly more, can be up to 60 hrs per week.
