Hey i recently bought a 2013 TNT 1130R with 0km on it lol, ive put 400km on it so far, just trying to find some reviews, what are your thoughts on the cafe racer? any issues? When i got my bike i had some issues with mine, the battery was screwed from sitting in a shed for 2 years and then the fuel map was screwed when i went to put the new battery in, thou havnt had a single issue since then, other then that so far i have loved my bike, its my 2nd bike my first was a honda CB400, bit of a jump ;) but im surprised at how easy the benelli is to ride and how great of a ride it is, im hoping i dont get any more issues with mine :)

@101067512947670453169 Hi Ashley - I love mine and have done five and a half thousand miles with no problems - they are very battery critical so keep it charged and the terminal wire connections clean - I would recommend the Benelli Forum which has loads of good advice from people that know Benelli inside out - if you are in the UK - Bennetts of Barnsley seem to be the experts in servicing - look after your bike and enjoy it - they are becoming rare and collectable now - stay safe - regards - Dale

seaflyfisher thanks for the reply, im in australia :) its freezing here atm actually for once so i havnt had much chance to ride my new bike :'(

***** Lol that makes a change for someone in the UK to tell someone in Australia that the weathers hot and sunny here !! I think you'll love the bike - I've been lucky enough to ride all sorts of big bikes over the years but the Benellis are a "grin factor" experience to ride - lots of the other big bikes I've ridden, you get off thinking "its okay" and they do what they say on the tin - you can't fault them but they feel like they have no soul - every time I step off the Benelli - I think Wow - that was great fun "

haha yea, i had a teacher who was british and i think he burnt when he was first here :P even thou its cold atm ive put 500km on her so far :) I had a panic moment thou on a ride, while changing gears, downshifting at around 60km/h i thought the bike stalled while i had the clutch engaged, i dont know if it was just the sudden drop in noise and i panicked thinking it stalled or if it actually did stall, but i pulled over and tried to start it after letting it cool down and started first time, have you heard of anything like that happening? Also the cafe racer doesnt have a exposed clutch but do you know how reliable they are? like do they wear quicker being exposed etc? so that turned into a long comment o.O

***** Hi Ashley - I've done six and a half thousand miles now and its never missed a beat - I really can't fault mine - I think my only very slight "criticism" would be that the range is a bit limited due to the small tank size - it only gives around a hundred miles - I can't answer your clutch question unfortunately but pick the brains of the guys on the Benelli Forum - someone on there is bound to know :o)

I make no secret of who I am on these videos so I'm hardly likely to put film on here of exceeding the speed limit if I want to keep my driving licence - The bikes also new and being run in

Hi, No we dont. Slow riding a fast bike tho?? Same vid coulda bin done on a Vespa. Luv the bike but what a disappointment. Vid was well done but if ya wanna talk to people - try a telephone, not a VLOG like every know-nothin knob with a bike which makes up most Y/tube bike vids.. Ya also lucked out on the experience thing. I got 4(yes 4) generations of bikers in my family - 3 that all raced road &/or dirt & 2 raced go kart(with open national title). Couldnt agree more with your "mortuary" comment(tho they are more entertaining) - as my Dad once said " there are 2 types of riders, old & bold, but no old bold riders". Cept of course for the 50+yo writing to you.

I can't t put it any plainer - I don't post video of myself exceeding the speed limit online.

No answer came the reply - anyone observant might have spotted the photo showing the 134 miles that the bike had covered - shall we pretend for a minute that its being run in and possibly I might not want to be caning the backside off it :D

Just checking out the rest of your collection. Your camera mount is interesting Dale. I know you mentioned a rear facing unit, but Have you thought about a helmet mounted camera? It would highlight head movement and where your scanning is. Maybe safer than running the mic lead from helmet to your GoPro, assuming that's what you're doing. I know some people believe helmet cams compromise the integrity of the helmet though. Knowing your approach now I'm assuming you have it thought through! Here's the camera angle I'd like, from front on, but no idea how they got the shot. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j6XKYmiui7N4Y6c
