I have one of these in 9,3x62 and it is a beast, drops the large boars we have in sweden with ease and give me time for follow up shots if needed. Alot better than a friends semi auto in the same caliber from another manufacturer wich is not Heckler and Koch...

I love the classic look of ,, well everything but especially I thought in rifles.. But that R1 is BEAUTIFUL... Just a great looking rifle with a very sleek new look. I just watched some reviews and target shooting. I want one NOW!!!!

@Kevin the Duck we have appearance laws so even if it was a bolt action or single shot semi auto it would be illegal . Anything semi auto even 22s are highly prohibited . To get one would be like trying to buy a tank from a hostile country . It’s that hard . If you have at least 8 or 10 hectares of land to justify primary producer’s licence which may allow you to own semi auto and pump guns . Our laws actually suck ginormousely . Thinking of moving to a more freer country like America but don’t know much .

@Kevin the Duck even with a current license it’s bloody annoying I have to plead for each gun and for what reason . Only reason is hunting and sporting on my end with proof . So yeah it’s like fuck tons of paper work just to get the ordinary guns Americans buy from Walmart don’t take your rights away . Australia is also a large police state so like ever are there going to be relaxed gun laws from a legal point of view . I swear there’s a shooting every day yet the guys with the big bucks get away wit it . I’m talking about security people . It’s a long process no matter go web incompetent the cops are .

I have only one question... Why no 7.62x51 version? Actually one of the most important things in a battefield is a precise and reliable DMR, and a 308 win version of the rx4 woluld be perfect, far better than a m110. Seriously , if the argo system worked for a shotgun and a 223 rem was so good, why don't you build an ITALIAN DMR?

Bought one, four hours later and still impossible to assemble. Sent straight back. Don't bother with this if you want a rifle you can easily assemble/strip in the field. Over engineered, great on paper, terrible in practicality.
