Beneteau Oceanis 45 Sailboat Review 2014 in-depth (PTC Review)

This Beneteau was the newest yacht I ever sailed and it shows.
In addition to lots of features perfect for a charter week, the boats speed was nothing to sneeze at.
I'm impressed.

Well, not on this one. But you could surely put a washing machine somewhere, if you go for the owners version (fewer cabins).

@@parttimecrazyboats5468 It looks like there are now some very inexpensive thankless reverse Osmosis water filter systems that can go under the sink , and all they need to feed them is a 60psi seawater pump, able to desalination plus filter, plus remunerative the water, though replacement filters and RO cartridges aren't necessarily the cheapest. A decent one seems to start at around the 400 dollars mark, and a 12v 60psi pump can add about another 200 dollars or so. I'll do a lot more digging into what's available, and will fit one on my next boat to test how well they work and last. With a decent sized freshwater tank plus filters separate, Could be plenty good enough for Ocean Crossings as backup.
