I have a serious question as I see this a lot when yacht shopping and this listing is a perfect example.... How is it you list this 2007 for $349k AUD ($227k USD) when newer versions are currently listed for less? 18 currently on Yacht Broker several years newer for far less money. There are a couple of 2012s and 2011s for less than $170k. Even if someone paid asking price at $170k that leaves them over $50k to work with before getting near your listing price for an older vessel. Please don't mention old batteries, solar or other outdated electronics as the reason, we all know that's a joke. I'm actually quite curious on this, thanks.
