I wish they added an option to scouting where you could change the way the scouts work from scouting by position to scouting by favourites. Like, five scouts, each one is assigned two or so of your favourites - either manually or by the cpu. Maybe your tier three scout will reveal their dev trait (hidden or normal), tier twos give you traits, tier one just gives their grades. That would make scouting more interesting. I don’t need to know about all the quarterbacks in the northeast when there’s only one ready to be a starter

I can confirm that it is possible to get a 89ovr. I was in a franchise messing around with strengths of drafts and the commanders drafted a 89ovr running back with 99 speed and juke with 91 trucking and is 5,11 211
