Hopefully we can get to see some of these prospects in a couple years. The way progression was explained to me is that if their overall is 50-59 = AA / 60-69 = AAA / 70+ = MLB.

Just so you know if you have a full 93 man roster one of your draft picks you signed will be a free agent so make sure you look into that. The game only allows you to have 98. I keep having to find my draft picks.

I think MLB The Show views prospects as a 70 overall being when they should get called up that’s why draft OVRs are low even for high potential older guys. I’m using the Nationals and guys like Wood, Cavalli, and Crewes are doing fine as 65-70ovrs.

Bengal you judge a draft on how you did vs other teams imo. Your players have stats that trend towards playing well which trends towards development. the CF has great vision and discipline. Sometime drafting 3 90 plus potential players is a good draft and sometimes its meh. I have seen drafts where there are 8 90+ potential players total and only 2 or 3 over 70

When I jump into games in my franchise and want a new pitcher late into games but they don’t have anyone warming up, I pause and go to quick manage and then change it there. They come out fully warmed up. It’s annoying seeing my relievers pitching their 3rd straight inning in the 11th

For context I was drafted to the tigers and thought I’d tough it out for a year, but they’ve only gotten worse. 64ish A potential draft picks should move up within 2-3 years. Just make sure your training is set to auto and something (sometimes its auto none in that case hit the stick left or right then back and it should have something there). lower guys in the 40s or 50s with high potential might not make it to the show but even in their later 20s you will still be able to move them for prospects

The amount of uniform numbers & other details that are wrong in The Show this year, is alarming. If you are ignoring such obvious and big details as well known players uniform numbers, im sure you are ignoring the little details too...who knows how that is negatively effecting the game. Its just sloppy, lazy work. SDS didnt used to be like that. Sony would never have allowed it....but that was back in the good old days when video game companies hired on merit.
