@JustMe99999
@JustMe99999 8 ай бұрын
@@demetricclark9341 I don't think fans are "butthurt" -- I actually think many of them don't mind seeing him go. The reason is - right or wrong - the offense HAS been very inconsistent, and that's with Joe Burrow and Ja'marr Chase. In a lot of games they only seem to play one half of football and then rely on the defense (which is what got them to that SB by the way... did you watch the playoffs?) to win games. That, and the slow starts every year that they have to dig themselves out of. Of course, none of us really knows what goes on behind the scenes; it's likely he's the one creating the plays and schemes, not Zac Taylor. In any event, I hope he's a good coach for you.

@@demetricclark9341we not butthurt dude. We like Callahan, it was just time to shake things up. He's not bad at all, he's solid. Our offense was inconsistent even on those runs. That's the honest truth. Not talking down on him. I think he was a top 2 option for what the Titans are looking for

You guys would be correct. Came looking to hear more about him. Levis seems to have all the tools. But what him , Henry (probably leaving), Tannehill (definitely leaving) didn’t have all year? Just like Cincinnati??? The O-line was a damn dumpster fire. But with either the most or maybe 2nd most cap space in the league for next year??? Hopefully they get some good big bodies up front, first and foremost.

i really think a new OC will breathe some new life into this offense. Personally, i never thought the offense reached its full potential given the skill position talent. granted we've had O line issues although finally less this past year than the previous 2 or 3. the running game however has not been good literally forcing Burrow or Browning to make all the plays with their arms. Its not like our offense was top 5 or 10 this year even with Burrow. Finally, i dont think we have to worry about Anarumo leaving. The defense for whatever reason was god awful bottom of the NFL. What a nosedive. i'd like to hear Zach's ideas about why that happened. i am just hoping the defense can rebound.

Ok, Taylor calls the plays. But who helps him put together that weeks game plan. The HC can’t do everything himself. The HC coaches the entire team, not just the offense. He has a lot on his plate to worry about, Special Teams, Defense, etc.

"Moot" note "mute." Mute means someone who can't talk. In any case, there is a lot more to the OC position than just "calling plays" which is why Callahan was able to get a head coaching job.
