I heard they offered him 4 years 22 million dollars PER Year man... He wanted 65 million guaranteed, so that was a no go! I don't know where you got that info either... The key is to replace that production. It’s not that Tee isn’t valuable. It’s that we believe in the depth you have throughout the WR room and now maybe the TE room. Also, when people site the Chiefs, they really have to mention Kelce. He’s their true #1 WR, and the way the offense is structured, but they won the title this year because of their defence.

I think that for most receivers this is true but you don’t find top 5 wrs every draft. Especially if you’re drafting in the late 20’s slim change you’re getting another Chase

I think JB is better I don’t think he is Patrick Mahomes and the Bengals don’t play in the afc west they play in the north. If the Bengals don’t run the ball well which they don’t, you are going to need players like t Higgins ain no way around tht.

You can replace the production consistently of everyone but the alpha in the offense. Travis is WR1 in KC everyone else the last few years is replaceable the same with Chase in cincy. If you try to replace the alpha through the draft, you’re risking a lot still.

I am 99% sure the Bengals will pay Chase. I like Tee a lot, but the Bengals would not be very smart to pay him $25 mill (or so) when they're going to have to pay Chase in the $30s.

Look tee is pretty good. But the numbers he has put up, in say 3 years, not noway he's 20 million or more wr. Just not. Now he could ball out this year. If bengals offerd him 22 million a year for 4 years, thats 88 million. He wants it garenteed, cause of injuries he's had last 2 years. Exactly why bengals won't garentee all that money. Burton will put up better numbers as a rookie than tee put up last year.

give me chase and tee everyday of the week over this nonsense approach, the draft is a crapshoot just ask the titans..moved on from A.j brown and drafted burks in the 1st rd ask them how well that worked.. they need to build the offense through cash money and build the defense thru the draft like the Peyton manning colts did..
