As long as the defense is top 15 and burrow & chase /the o-line stays healthy bengals should make the playoffs. But if they lose Higgins I think chase will get doubled a lot more during games so they would need another good number 2 WR. Unless they draft a stud at running back because they lack really a run game

Absolutely love what I’m hearing! Great interview Dan! I think we definitely found our guy! I think the adjustments Notre Dame made at halftime in the Ohio State game was a sign of a great D coordinator! And let’s be real , the Buckeyes have play makers at every position. To even be able to slow them down like they did was a big win on the defensive side of the ball. Let’s draft some guys who are football and winning junkies! Personally I like the idea of trading and moving back in the draft to accumulate more picks! We always seem to do our best in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. And the talent goes well past that! We need a bunch of hungry competitive players especially on the defensive side of the ball. Even if it’s just to push our starting roster. Competition breeds success and I believe it is key! To the fans it’s time to drop the negativity and finger pointing. Every team in the league is fighting for the same goal. Our staff has not forgotten how to win. I’m just saying when we were at our most successful point there was a certain energy and belief that we had something special cooking. We need to keep that energy and believe we are still going to get there. We are still right there and very close!

Al, I'm very happy you're back in Cinci! Take a look at Dax Hill. He was an outstanding defensive slot at Michigan and he was used to replace Jesse Bates as safety as a draftee. When that didn't work, he was moved to corner where he was injured. I don't know how the injury he received will affect him, but I still feel he was drafted #,one and Dax playing the defensive slot should be evaluated and a determination made: Can he still play slot or stay where he is or is his career done?

Last time he coached at Cincinnati they were in the Superbowl. Notre Dame defense was Elite this year and really good the the two other years. He is really good at adjustments. I think he will shine here. I think they go after a Stud Linebacker and Corner. But Bengals need Pass rushers like crazy.
