Fun fact. We are currently 1 game behind for the 7th seed wildcard. We are currently the 9th seed. We have games vs the broncos and chargers that will probably be in competition for the wildcard spots because I doubt they will catch the cheifs. The thing that gives us hope is burrow and chase. If we can find a way to beat the chargers on sun night and get to our bye 5-6 we still may have a chance. If we can get to our bye we could see some mid season adjustments in scheme. season isn't over yet. people forget that when the bengals went to the superbowl, they went 10-7 that season as a 4 seed in the AFC. most people thought their future was bright but almost nobody thought going into the postseason that season the bengals had a legit of making the superbowl. the AFC wild card race is still up for grabs right now and the NFC looking better than the AFC this year. also, the bengals have a bye week in 2 weeks and they typically have played better after the bye week the past few seasons. but they HAVE to start winning NOW! with that being said, will james stop saying receiver?😂that's literally the 2nd last position the bengals need to look for right now. the bengals have multiple flaws that stand out a lot more than needing another star wide receiver. the bengals offense has been one of the best in the league this season despite this team not being physical enough on either side of the ball, they are lacking push in the run game from their offensive line, their run game is neither explosive or efficient despite having chase brown, their starting safeties are worse than jordan battle who they don't use as much as they should, cam taylor-britt went from looking like a future pro bowler during his 2nd season to now looking like one of the worse corners in the NFL, their secondary as a whole doesn't have guys consistently making big time plays in big moments, their defense has just 6 SACKS outside of trey hendrickson so they barely have any pass rush, and this team doesn't know how to hold onto leads when they need to close out the game..........but james wanna talk about getting cooper kupp??????😂🤦🏿♂the bengals playing better in the run game alone would open up this already explosive pass offense. the fact this pass offense is already explosive despite a stagnant run game shows that the bengals have enough playmakers in pass offense.

The Bengals holding on to Tee Higgins I'm afraid we'll be there downfall this season. The Bengals knew they were not going to resign or extend Higgins So they should have traded him in the off season and focused on getting a pass rusher or someone on the defensive side of the ball that it could impact games either as a proven player or young prospect that it flashed enough to take a chance on them. They certainly are scoring enough offensively to win most of these games they've lost but it's the defense and the problems there with no pressure on opposing team's quarterbacks and failing to get off the field on third downs. Injuries are a part of football , however, at this point in the season having t Higgins is a luxury they really can't afford to have given his unfortunate history with soft tissue injuries . So the Bengals are getting no production from him from missed games which continues to add up. They should be looking for defensive help in order to have some remote chance of making the playoffs.

Why are we listening to Goodberry? Wasn't he the guy who proclaimed in 2022 that drafting Carman meant "the line has been addressed!" and we were all supposed to shut up? When we knew OL was the primary concern from 2021? Yeah, Carman... who got beat out by Volson who is the weakest link on the OL? Wasn't that Goodberry telling us all to shut up, that we didn't know anything, and that the Bengals had done all they needed to do to fix the OL and go win a Superbowl? Yeah, it's that Goodberry.

Goodberry also said trade joe mixon and bring in Zack moss... He's a dumbass. He should stick to watch film and reacting to that he's not good at anything. He's a superfan. Not a talent evaluator. Nothing more nothing less.

This guy talks like Madden is real life. Cooper Kupp gives you what ? Chase basically was a receiving corp. The problem is play calling and a lack of a running game that can control the clock. Lamar Jackson had too many possessions and he did what good QBs do. It didn't help that the defense fell apart but I'd chalk most of it up to fatigue and lack of intensity. Chase Brown is good but he ain't RB1 , one game doesn't change that as we found out

You get to keep doing what you are doing, chasing the $ they are going to lose in LA, they will get smashed by the Steelers at least three more losses coming...they should fold it up and get the best draft position and trade Jamar chase and first round pick to the raiders for max, draft nothing but linemen and cornerbacks

Why are you still talking about the offense, with this vanilla defense year after year, you can't win championships WITHOUT A GOOD DEFENCE. The Steelers for years have given us the blueprint, for small fast LB to rush the QB with good shootdown CB. We have always had a good offense throughout all the years of our history. The best defense we had took us to the Superbowl, Then we played prevent defense in the Superbowl and lost to Joe. ps we are the only team in our division who hasn't figured this out yet smch

Let's get rid of our defense except for Hendrickson, Hubbard, Wilson, and Hilton. Then start over

Bengals are toast especially with the poor coaching and playcalling of Zac Taylor. Lou Anarumo's defenses have gradually gotten worse each year. O line is still searching. Having issues protecting Joe and generating a run game. they will be chasing .500 the rest of the way. Chargers can beat them and most certainly the Steeler will take the Bengals out to the woodshed. Screw around all they want with different players and coaches but the real problem is Zac Taylor. Plus he's a bad playcaller. How can you keep a coach who's team every year start 0-2 (0-3 this year)? Fire him at the end of the year. Fresh start before we waste the best years of Joe and Ja'Marr.
