Idli vade typical bangalore and South breakfast This is the right way to eat idli vade with both immersed in sambar " Garam garam sambar mein doobey idli " The best masala dosai in the world . Food particularly in karnataka is principally hygienic, wholesome,reasonable priced and must must mist be tastey tastey tastey.

What you need to know about the orange tomato based Bangalore sambhar that is served for breakfast items like dosas and idli will not be the same served during lunch with rice as it complements well only with your breakfast items as it is more sweet than the dal based sambhar. During lunch the normal sambhar with dal is served with all south Indian thalis across Bangalore and not this breakfast sambhar.

We had dosas at the Woodlands at Udupi, and the manager told us 2 dosas of mumbai is equal to 1 dosa of Udupi.

Suda ji went to By2Coffee it’s a different eatery. It’s in Vijaynagar and it’s equally or couple of notch better than Vidyarti Bhavan for idli dosa and South Indian Meal.

The best regional food you can get is in the very region itself. Maharashtrian food can be best tasted in Maharashtra itself and no where. Idli/dosa/wada can be best tasted in South only.
