The funny this is that because I had such a bad first semester of college, I've been researching & formulating various studying techniques to help me improve in the future, & when it's finalized I plan to publish it as a book. This video came in clutch.

I really appreciate these videos. Because there aren't many informative videos like these for civil engineering majors. I hope you don't get discouraged from the lack of views. It's low because it's hard to find you. But keep making these gems, and I'm sure your channel will pop off!!

Internship definitely helped a lot during your uni year. Theres a lot of things that are not covered during lectures but become a necessity when you are working on the field. Moreover, the materials you got during your internship can be a great resource for your univ assignment if and when needed. Overal internships gave you a wide understanding of what the industry needed and allowed you to prepare.

What examples of personal projects might be good to try and tackle first?
@BEngHielscher4 ай бұрын
I have 5 examples in a recent video I made. Check it out! It’s called “Structural Engineering Projects That Taught Me How To Design”

Hi Ben How do you become a structural engineer in Australia? How do you get chartership or professional membership?
@BEngHielscher8 ай бұрын
Education wise, a 4 year bachelor of engineering degree is typically required to get a job. Chartership is handled through Engineers Australia and you need minimum 5 years experience to apply. Lots of information on the Engineers Australia website
