A great interview. OMG, Benicio Del Toro is absolutely mesmerizing. The female interviewer said he was lovely & boy is she right. She definitely had the hots for him & who could blame her. He is absolutely GORGEOUS looking. Time has done nothing to harm his looks. Looks much better & sexier than ever. The movie "Savages" was great & he did a magnificent job in his role as "Lado". He is a natural born actor. The movie would have been nothing without him.

You are absolutely right & I agree with you 100%. BDT has nothing to be ashamed of. He didn't intend for it to turn out the way it did but he has accepted it & he is trying his best to be a good father. I believe he will be a good father to Delilah. When you see photos of him & his child he appears to be thrilled & proud of her. He cared enough to have her baptized. She is a beautiful little girl & she is lucky to have BDT as her Dad. His personal life & choices are his business & not ours.

Absolutely agree. As much as all his fanbase want to have Benicio all for themselves, it would be taking too much from the man who only wanted to show what he could do as an actor. The fans are a natural byproduct of how he has mastered his craft over the years. It is only a matter of respect for what he decides to pursue in his personal life. And I can't bring myself to hate on the mother of his child either. They are a part of Benicio and his true fans will accept them as he does. Sending love to everyone 💕

He has been an actor for 33 years and must be fucking tired of people asking him about Puerto Ricans are immigrants (and also not knowing Puerto Ricans are also US citizens and has US passport). I am not from Puerto Rico but this always make me cringe. I think all the interviewers should do their homework before hand, instead of asking the person on TV. Wasting people's time and also prove that they are ignorant.

Being that Puerto Ricans have been US citizens since 1917 when the USA imposed their citizenship on all Puerto Ricans, when we move from the island to the mainland we're considered migrants. It would be the same as moving from NYC to Chicago for instance. We just buy a plane ticket, hop on the plane and off we go. We don't need a passport or a green card. If you were traveling from any other country in the region you would be considered an immigrant.

He does have a slight Spanish accent when I've heard him in interviews: I've heard him pronounce "with" as "wid" , and "painting" as "paining", and he drops the past tense endings of words such as "resolve" for "resolved" and "frighten" for frightened". Inerestingly, I've also heard his Pennsylvania accent on words with an "oo" sound, like"movie". I admire that he is such a wonderful interviewee in both Spanish and English.
