Stayed in the Pueblo in 1990 we were on top floor and shoved by nephew out on the balcony with the packed lunch on arrival. Absolutely loved it in gigilos and top of the pops every night. Looks fab now I must return

Lovely video Lucy however I travel alone so go for the adult only Hotels in Benidorm for a quieter time on holiday. I like the Hotel Royal is my favourite. thank you keep up the good work Roger x

I stayed in the Pueblo way back in 1982...the holiday I met my husband to be. ) He was in the Hotel Venus opposite) .Its certainly changed a bit over the years and I can’t get over the restaurant.... it used to be a bit grotty in there, now it looks great! Spent many a night in Eva’s disco, happy times💕

This takes me back. Stopped at the pueblo as a teen 84 and 86, helios and venus hotels close by i recall, Evas nightclub next door, the places to go then were Harrods and Top of the pops, with a bit of Lennons, Champions, Hippodrome thrown in. Must get back there, as 86 is way too long to leave it.

I'm in Benidorm and the Pueblo at the moment ....the place is really quiet . The food is fab ....not a patch on the Venus hotel

I was at the Hotel Pueblo in the 1980s as a child, i remember they had a bowling alley in the basement, and as you came out the main door to the left, there was a huge outdoor market, this was 34 or 35 years ago, i remember getting sunstroke that year too.

Well , remember the spaniards are staying in Spain for holidays , they spend the money here. That´s a lot of nationals. Some french and germans also..The most i see the dutch people here in Valencia . Less brits that i would expect.

Have stayed at the Pueblo but prefer the Venus.Have stayed in one of the block rooms,ok if pool facing but if the room faces avenida mallorca all you see is a wall.

I’ve just spent four days at the Hotel and I can’t recommend it enough a lovely friendly clean establishment, the food is excellent with a varied choice to please everyone,s needs, don’t hesitate to book there.

it's the antigen test you need for return to uk 25-40€ we did a video showing clinics that do it

Bit different from my first stay in 1979, had disco and bar in the basement then but room we had and food etc was well below what we expected, in these days there was so much overbooked hotels we were lucky to get a room at all.

Our first stay in Benidorm was at the Pueblo. Disappointed when allocated a room in Block 2 rather than the main Hotel tower. Even more disappointed by the room itself on the top floor with a balcony facing the entrance ally so little or no chance to sit out on the small balcony to catch the rays. The building is structured with an open area inside from floor to roof and this had an effect of amplifying sound - especially of people loudly chattering at 2am. The restaurant was good and the food very nice and varied in the first week of stay. Since then we have preferred to book an Apartment (despite nearly getting mugged in muggers alley nearby) - and are desperate to be able to get back there !

Stayed there twice first time we were in the separate blocks, we enjoyed the extra space the food was great too, second time we stayed in the main hotel, smaller room and the food was not as good but always something to eat, not bad. I would stay there again depending on the price

Hi Lucy, Wonder if you can help, Have booked last minute holiday to Don pancho, Fly out sat morning for 5 nights, Managed to book Pcr tests for coming home, but can't get lateral flow tests delivered before Sat, We have our own lateral flow test's here in Scotland, but is there anywhere in benidorm we can get these done that would be accepted by easyjet?? I've had food poisoning once in my life, in July 2014 when I stayed full-board at this place. Only ate at the hotel in the first few days, had some fish for lunch one afternoon then spent a week curled up in my room feeling like absolute death. I lost half a stone but the hotel were no help at all & refuted any responsibility. Never again.

Almost 100% reserves and all the hotels in Spain are busy.... it´s a fact Spain is on fire. It´s very dificult to find empty hotels nowadays. I tell you that i live in valencia and the city is full of nationals , french , germans and dutch..Lots of dutch people i see. Maybe they miss when the netherlands were spanish ..hehe.
