My Mum & Dad were Benidorm mad, first time they went was 1975, they absolutely loved it & my Mum kept going on her own after Dad died, she actually met her new partner there but very sadly she’s gone as well now. We loved Benidorm & went twice a year for about ten years but I had a very bad accident so that scuppered that, always had a fantastic time staying at the Don Pancho, happy memories 🎉🎉

Enjoyed your little documentary/ interview, admire Tracy and husband's work ethic and for surviving the impact of COVID. Looks a nice friendly place, my sister's a strawberry daiquiri girl, yours looked amazing, I'm more of a sour gin bint. I would have been influenced by the ' Brits abroad ' propaganda but it's been your videos that have educated me about Benidorm it's beauty and culture. Loved the surreal pointing hand on the map reminded me of Monty Python 😂

If I was to open a bar in Benidorm the last thing I would be serving is British food in it. You're in Spain with some of if not the best food on the continent, if you want to go on holiday to eat the exact same food you do at home? Go to Blackpool, save the airfare

@@garyharding648 If you were not happy with the food for whatever reason, did you give the owners the chance to put your dissatisfaction right ? Perhaps speaking to owners who are working their rocks off to try and please everyone, might be better than putting a rather nebulous derogatory opinion on youtube.? Ive not been in this bar ever, but now I will give it a try for a cocktail or two. Good luck to them for making their lives abroad.

@@garyharding648 Fair comment my friend, HOWEVER, posting on here for 1000,s of people to see without (as I suspect) speaking to the owners, is, in my opinion, not playing fairly . Also, I do not eat any British food or derivatives of British food. My wife and I will eat Spanish when in Spain. Having worked in many cities in Spain and being able to speak Spanish, means I have a good knowledge of Spanish food, but that is no critique of this bar.
