Hi guys. We’re staying here in March. We’re all inclusive and saw you mention it’s token based for the cup. What happens if you forget to hand your cup back? Or do you just get a token each day??

I'm going tbh here Craig, and the truth is I'm not sure... I read the comment about cups and tokens on a TripAdvisor review, and have scoured back through the comments again for several pages, and can't find a definitive answer. Nice video but the reviews (google and trip advisor) of this hotel are pretty bad, way overcrowding, poor food, massive queues and not so great customer service. I was considering this hotel until I read the online reviews of how bad it has become, maybe different out of season when the schools are back though?

Yes, I wondered the same Luke, as I filmed during the high Summer season; and then obviously chose comments from online reviews to mention that were also based on this time period. I know the reopening of this hotel was much anticipated by previously regular guests, so let's hope service and quality improve in all areas as the months go on 👍🏻🇪🇸🏨♥️

Thank you for the work you have done to produce this in-depth review, yours are the best. I was impressed with the Rosamar it looks very good, its not for me being 'family friendly' and its location is a bit too lively for me. However, it looks great value for money. 🏨🏨🏨🏨🏨

Thanks for the compliment Chris, these types of vlogs DO take a lot of research! I suspect this hotel is perfect for families in Summer, but maybe calms down off-peak.. hopefully the current somewhat "iffy" reviews will improve as the re-opened hotel finds it's feet 🤞🏼🌊🏨🌴
