Lovely room thanks to that refurbishment. I thought the balcony with the glass side was gorgeous - although if it was any higher up, the old vertigo might kick in 😂 Fab video as always. Paul - you just get better and better 😊 xx

The Rosamar was one of a Hotel group in the 70's where all the Hotel names began with an R. Rio Park, Rosamar, Riudor, Regente Reymar and Riviera. These last two are now Ambassador Playa 1 and 2.We stayed at these two when they were 2 star Hotels and the dining room was waiter service - but then again that was in the 70's. Weve been to Beni since 1976 lol. This looks a great place and the price is well worth the stay. Great vlog !

A great hotel liked the tiered structure of the balconies, might feel a little concerned the previous build fell down lol. Room done really well, king size generally 5ft by 6ft which looked about right. That is a great balcony, nice to chill out. I don't like hustle and bustle yet the price would twist my arm and again excellent advice to check the website for a better deal (and to find other specific details) Food looked good, entertainment not bad though the MJ performance artist needs to practice his Moonwalk/backslide moves a bit more, though we're all learning 😂 Amazing deal for HB, thank you Paul x

stayed there over the decades. my grandparents went for a month at a time there back in the day. we went in the early 90s and then again with the kids on and off until 2003. it was very tired and run down on that visit. i think it looks fab. maybe one day will come back.

The reason its busy, it's nice. Simple. Was there in Oct, its lovely, clean new etc. I was a Sol Pelicanos person for many years, and fortunately i couldn't get booked in Oct, booked this Hotel instead, night and day by comparison, and for similar money too !!

Brilliant to know this hotel still exists - I stayed there in July 1975 on my first ever two week package holiday and still my only visit to mainland Spain. I really didn’t like Benidorm. No complaints with the hotel however (though the evening flamenco dancing shows were tiresome) I have never forgotten the structure of the building or the pool area. I did take a fair bit of cine film of the holiday but not of the hotel.

FAB!! how lovely. All you need. So clean & fresh, great size tv & yes deffo not a standard size bed but a standard size room. Bathroom is lovely. Lovely hotel, pool & bar plus indoor pool. Food looks lush! Sad about the queueing situ. Late November is not exactly a holiday time so yes must be the lucky ones who work from home or retired lol I'd rather it busy with adults than kids tbh Looking forward to the next one :)

To be fair solid honest review. Fir the money ut looks great. Nice rooms view etc ok the restaurant may be busy but for the price what do you want. Enjoy looks good to me

Great video Paul. The Rosamar has been very nicely refurbished but that type of large hotel machine is not really my style. I don't like too much hustle and bustle. Very good value though. 😀👍

We stayed at the Flash hotel just down the road from Rosamar a few weeks ago. To be honest we were a bit disappointed. Felt in need of a revamp in bedrooms. Food was adequate at best. Not a patch on Rio Park we did last time x

I imagine that is 2 single beds put together. Looks like most Benidorm hotels they are all very similar except the Hotel Gold Arcos which is the best by far.

Hope they used a different builder than the last ones to refurbish nice room but balcony not very private the food looked OK but don't think I'd like the ques to get in definitely couldn't fault that price thanks for sharing Paul 👍 ❤❤

If you`re around 6ft tall a good way to check if it is a king size bed is to lie across it and your feet shouldn`t hang over the edge!

Was in the riveira next door in October, and it was very busy and noisy paul so I'm glad I wasn't in there tbh, have you ever stayed in the H10 poniente near the old town b4 going there in April.

I always book direct with the hotels I'm staying in rather than using those booking apps because they can offer the best deals by cutting out the middle man. They can also price match against the booking agents and more often than not, beat the price by not paying a commission fee.

Remember going there will be 42 year ago in May. Daughters first time away only 7 months old. She eat very well with thanks to small Heinz baby food tins, we on the other hand just about starved. The food was terrible, ended up in Burger King and a hot potato shop every day. Then at checkout they tried to charge for the hire of baby’s cot, which had collapsed on first night and not replaced or repaired told them in no uncertain terms where to go, rep was rather unhappy,but tough luck spent all money on eating out .

Interesting review. Spoke to a lot of people in November who were disappointed with the hotel! We were going to book got put off by the reviews! Some people said they had to pay for tea and coffee at breakfast?! Hotel looked nice on your review . Not stayed there since before Covid

Sorry, but I wouldn’t rate the rooms as 4*. Very basic. Also when you looked over the balcony, there was no privacy, looking straight at the sun beds of other customers sunbathing. . Very clean but you would expect that from a new hotel. Probably in the minority but not for me.

I would stop there Paul for a long weekend, like you I don't like the hustle and bussel I've stayed in the calypso and riviera and enjoyed them. The strip isn't my thing anymore ie 68years old I tend to stay near old benidorm.
