Regarding hepatocellular adenomas: I think the current guidelines advise to resect all hepatocellular adenomas because of the risk of malignant transformation, bleeding and rupture. It might also be difficult to distinguish it from HCC. (Unless the patient is a bad surgical candidate - then you watch and wait)

This one has a mass in the left upper quadrant and scan reveal a hypoechoic Mass measuring 5cm x4cm and tender on palpation

I was diagnosed with fnh 2 years ago and have suffered lots of pain and discomfort, sickness and itching skin, over the 2 years I've had scans and mri and my fnh has grown in size and is still continuing to give pain my consultant then called it a regenerative hyperplasia and I'm confused I am suffering every day and dont know what the next step is

Is adenoma the most common benign tumour or hemangioma? You wrote hemongioma is the most common but said adenoma is the most common

I don't get the part with the high output cardiac failure: more vessels --> less BV for periphery --> heart pumps more to keep up --> after time failure Like this? Thank you very much for your video!
