Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia - BPH

BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia is a non cancerous condition that affects the prostate. The prostate gland is a small gland found deep within the pelvis. It's role is to produce PSA. BPH affects the majority of men as they progress through life. With increasing age comes a greater likelihood of BPH. BPH can manifests as a gradual decline in urinary symptoms. These symptoms are classified as obstructive or irritative. Obstructive symptoms include a slow flow, hesitancy, intermittency to the stream or a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying. Irritative symptoms include urgency, frequency and nocturia, or getting up several times through the night to void. In this video the pathophysiology is discussed. This is the first in a series of 3 videos discussing BPH.

I have irritative symptoms not restrictive ones. Frequent urination is my problem and make life mesrible. BPH size is 48. Does Resum fits my case?.

Potentially yes but u would need to be assessed by ur local urologist to confirm bladder outlet obstruction
