This song breaks my heart. The multitude of people, raised as believers, who have never fully surrendered and been “touched” by His power and authority and live the words of this masterpiece is so sad to me. I’ve been there. I’ve prayed for things that didn’t happen, miracles that didn’t come to pass and I had to dig really deep to find where grace and my heart crossed paths. But once you find it, once you recognize that exact place; where he picked you up: off the floor, off the wrong path, in the darkness, in suffering, in broken heartedness and carried you into the light and through to the other side, and you see where your life took a turn and grace filled you till you overflowed- that faith can never be shattered. You see miracles everywhere you look, with fresh eyes and renewed hope. Praying for all of those, crying out for that undying faith, that you may find it and never lose it. 🙏🏻

Recently my sister lost her husband in rare disease . She was keep asking God do a miracle and he was really suffering . But miracle for him didn't happend . But in the last minutes of his life he gave his life to Jesus. Sometimes God's answer its just different of mine . Even though she knows he is with Lord But the pain of this loss it's hard to accept. Especially for what you pray and what you get .😭😭😭😭

Oh how much I can relate to this heart felt song. My beloved husband of 40 years went to be with the Lord November 4, 2021 because of Covid. He-2Ti 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith. Wow! The first time I ever heard Benjamin William Hastings sing was at a concert at Central Church in Las Vegas where he opened for/sang with Brandon Lake. I thought he was great but never really took the time to go check out his music after the concert. Then one day, one of his songs popped up as a suggestion on KZbin. I listen to it and remembered how great I thought he was at the concert. So, ever since then, I have gone looking, once in awhile, for a song from him. I am absolutely blown away. Every single time I land on one of his songs I get to the end with tears in my eyes and find myself thinking, "man this kid is amazing!" What a voice! What heartfelt lyrics and obvious investment as he sings them. Mr Hastings, you have a new fan. You are truly gifted and I am grateful to God for you. This song, just wrecked me. Thank you!
