I really appreciate how much you know about the Filipino cuisine and culture. It goes to show how much you love your wife's family. You learned so much through the years and make sure that the girls will not forget about them. Mabuhay, Benjie!

bitter melon, season ground pork: salt black pepper ginger and garlic powder. wash and prep bitter melon stuff w ground pork mixture. cut into 1 to 1.5 inch slices. ur going to make a broth to cook this in, stock pot half full water, 2 box containers of chicken stock, 5 tbsp of fish sauce and some salt. skim the top as its boils 20 min. voila. add glass noodles if u want to the broth. chili oil to ur bowl if u want spicy. ❤🎉
