Earl is one of those guys that you call out for being full of shit or a liar and they just continue to smile and avoid eye contact so they don't have to face up to the unpleasantness of the situation. He's the kid who got picked on and never stood up for himself. He'd rather evade confrontation at the expense of his pride and manhood than stand up for himself. Even during his previous tenure at SiriusXM (as the actual EP of Ron and Fez!), he would allow other producers (that were supposed to answer to him) and even fucking INTERNS to beat him up and call him out on the air. The only time he would ever stand up for himself was when Lilly got involved. A white woman! That's where he drew the line. EARL IS A COWARD.

This. Earl is still the same, because every time he had an opportunity to grow as a person, he chose to literally run away from it. Everything he does is a result of the abusive relationship he had with his father. Its evident in everything he does and he even admitted it on one of the shows. He lives in constant fear that his dad is going to pop out of the bushes and paint his back porch red.

Dude I'm with you 100%. I really do love Ronnie B but I cant listen to Bennington. Gail is just awful. I made a solid year plus effort to like her but I just couldn't get there. Her incessant liberal pandering is just tiresome. Without even a second thought she will equate Trump-voters and "alt-right" minded listeners with actual racists, but whether she likes it or not the majority of their listening audience is comprised of white, conservative-leaning men (ie the horrible patriarchy she loves bashing).. and just for the record I'm not even a Trump voter, her constant liberal preening is tough to stomach regardless. Her and Earl man. Always in competition to see who is more woke.

Ron and Fez may have been the best radio show I've ever heard and as funny as Ronnie is Gail makes this show unlistenable. . between Fez, Dave, Chris, Earl, occasionally O&A I woulda thought you could put a potted plant next to Ronnie and it would be a good show. Not so much fuckin Gail worst choice ever to make a show with. Its terrible !
