Cole's first mixtape, he referred to himself as Young Simba and has often compared himself to Simba from The Lion King. He wordplays the word "Lions" with "lines", so the bar can be interpreted as "The young boy that walked with lines...", and relates to his referral of "outlines of chalk" later. "Some see the glass empty, I see a glass full of ether" - Ether is not visible by the naked eye. He is saying that he sees something out of nothing. He envisioned himself out of nothing through rap. Created something out of nothing. Like all inventors, he envisioned something there that no one else saw - implying he is a genius. "Eureka, Einstein on the brink of the theory of relativity. Really, no MC equal" - Einstein's famous formula, E=MC^2. He is using this as a metaphor to say that no MC (rapper) is equal to him, since he just implied it hasn't been figured out yet (Einstein on the brink). By far the most disgusting bars I've heard from Cole on a single in a while. Classic.
