You should go to Benidorm, there's like hundreds of sky scraper hotels, many over 30 floors high! All sorts of lifts. Just get a cheap flight to Alicante then bus/coach to Benidorm.

James B Yeah this is called electrolysis. The salt is sodium chloride and a low voltage electric current is fed through the salted water to separate the sodium and chlorine that when combined form salt. The chlorine that is thus produced of course disinfects the water. Yes this is the same salt as table salt. No you won't get zapped if you take a swim, it's only 24 volts or even less.

People can walk along the corridor at any moment. I can't be messing with flaps on top lifts. It looked like the entire flap had to be lifted off the lift (rather than being on a hinge). Also it is covered in pigeon poo!
