If that lift is never gonna stop talking because the voice program it will never stop until it breaks. One thing is the voice program because its a normal lift right but it will never shut the mouth beacuase the voice is very broken and had to service.

I think it is the same as fire phase 1. (note that the fire phases in the UK have different meanings to the USA). Also there are some lifts that have shutdown mode where the lift returns to the main floor and opens its doors for 30 seconds and then closes the doors and goes out of service. One time I thought I had put the lift on fore mode, and it was actually shut down mode and I got stuck in the lift!

The lifts in Australia acts really much like England lifts, some had same voices. Those lifts in Australia are more like Europian lifts...
