FOR ANYONE WITH HEEL PAIN OR PLANTAR FASCIITIS: I highly recommend the triumph 20s when i first developed plantar fasciitis i was wearing a cheap pair of nike shoes so i decided to spend a bit of money and get the triumph 18s they lasted incredibly well and were very comfortable so i have just brought the triumph 20s and they are vrey cushioned highly reccomend

Thank you very much for only reviewing shoes that you purchase with your own money. Your reviews are the most trustworthy because of that. I used the Endorphin Pro 3 for the Boston Marathon 2023 and absolutely loved them. The best thing I can say about them is that I barely thought about them at all during the race. They were very comfortable, lively, and just did their job very well. They never felt slippery or water-logged on a wet and rainy day. My only gripe is that the rubber outsole seems to be wearing out pretty quickly.

Triumph 20’s for me on easy days and long runs. Stable, plush and cushioning is perfect for me. On to my second pair after 1000km in the first one. Endorphin Pro 3 for race day and workouts. Super comfortable with a “normal” upper in a carbon midsole which has plenty of pop.

Speed 3 has been a go-to for me (ran two marathons in them last year), Speed 2’s are a nice back-up to have in rainy/wet days, and the Pro 3’s are my race day shoe for this year! (Same colorways shown in your video, Ben!)

Speed 3 is the absolute best running shoe i have had so far, the grip in the heel without tearing it apart, the lightweight and sense of speed it gives is awesome. Bought it because i didnt like the Zoom Fly 5s i got just a week before.

Triumph 20 has been an incredible shoe for me. It seems to have lots of protection and foam for easy runs, long runs and recovery runs but has enough bounce that I I am able to pick up the pace. Should keep over 1000km or 600 miles in them this weekend

Fully agree. A Unicorn shoe for me. I can do easy recovery but still crack out a fast 5k without increasing the effort too much.

My Speed 2's are exceptional. Perform well in all conditions and have worn really well after 500 miles on a mix of road and light trail/gravel. Definitely my go-to all rounder.

Before you buy, take some time looking into the sizing. Endorphin Speed 3 my first Saucony purchase, I returned one pair (my normal size in Hoka, Inov8, VJ Sport and New Balance), then went a full size up and they are still pretty snug. But ja, feels like I’m flying when I run.

Loved this video! I’ve been in Saucony since I first started running. My rotation is a ton of Rides (v13 and v14) and a Triumph 20 and Endorphin Speed v1 (which I don’t love for anything but the colorway!).

I wear the Endorphin Pro 3s for all race distances. Bought them, originally, to train for a marathon, but I love how light they feel, so I'm now wearing them for 5K upwards, due to how light and responsive they feel.

First two runs in Triumph 20, I wasnt that impressed. Then I ran a longrun with first half steady, second half M pace. Just an incredible longrun shoe. Very efficient for its weight. Very legsaving.

Lovey.Triumph 20s. Perfect for long runs and ran my marathon PB in them this year. Just thought I should wear my most comfortable shoes. Great grip. Great cushioning. As soon as I put them on I want to run.

Just coming to the end of my first marathon training block (thanks to your basic training plans). I got a pair of Speed 3's for the longer stuff and it very quickly became my daily trainer. Then the Pro 3's became my long run and racing shoe. Have already bought a second pair of each and will happily pick up more pairs on sale until they are out of stock or a new iteration comes through. For me, Saucony have nailed it and are currently my favourtie shoe brand

Just got pro 3, but I have liked my speed 3 for pretty much all runs. I just have mixed in other shoes to not wear out the foam on the speeds but just feels good for all types to me personally.

I absolutely love my Ride 15s (now updated to 16) - everything from long run to intervals. Also have the "TR" trail shoe version which is a great option for non-technical tracks and trails - lots of cushioning and great for road sections.

Massive fan of the Pro3. First Saucony shoe and in the last 2 weeks it’s helped me to PB’s at 10km distance and then half marathon as part of a 70.3 triathlon. Compared to Nike super shoes I’ve found it to be way more stable and comfortable, particularly for a mid foot/heel striker such as myself

Great video! My favourite shoes are the endorphin speed 3s! I'm on to my second pair now. I've ran both of my marathons in them and used them pretty much as a daily trainer. Would definitely recommend. I'll definitely consider the pros now after seeing this!

@@drumandball That's the Tempus. But don't expect the same bounce as Speed or pro 3/4 as this is a dual density shoe. It's a fantastic shoe and great for anyone. It's pretty much feels like a neutral shoe to me with added stability that's nicely done and well integrated. Go for it! Happy running!

I'm currently converting to saucony for all my racing days. I use the saucony endorphin pro 2 for 5k and 10k. The saucony endorphin speed 2 & 3 which the nylon plate suits me better for 10 miles race's and half marathon race's. I'm addicted to these two at the moment.

I have the Shift 3 and its one of my favourite shoes. It's just the right amount of compression im the sole that takes the impact off your joints and allows you to roll through your stride. It"s an easy run shoe that makes runming easy. As for being part of the Endorphin line, I think its the geometry of the shoe that is consistent with the rest of the line up. Its the non plated, more stable daily trainer of the bunch and is actually more than capable of picking up the pace. My wife already had the Pro 3 and later picked up the Speed 3 and Shift 3 during a sale at the same time. The Speeds were the ones that she returned.

Have you ever tried the Saucony Ride? That seems like the most natural replacement for Hoka Clifton, Nike Pegasus, NB 1080 etc..?? I heard they made some big changes to it over the last couple of iterations and am curious about trying it again. It's also pretty durable, at least my older ones were.

I like the shift series best. I have problem feet and use them as my daily shoe as well as for all my different workouts. I love the stiffness this series provides and I’m amazed that I don’t miss the extra cushion that I’ve had in Altra Provison…however when my feet need a break I use my Altra Provisions for a nice slipper feel comfort. Haven’t tried the Shift 3 yet but think It’s time I tried them on.

The PRO 3 I find is a good all rounder I think, it does it all. It’s £220, however I have seen it around £170.. I got some for £121! Few months back and there were on Sportshoes for £100 recently but went very quickly. Ben have you tested the New balance SC Elite v3??

Sauconys are great. My first shoes. Ran my first half marathon in them. Ran in Triumph then. Nice shoes, but their midsole flattens too fast in my opinion. I've got less then 100-150km from them. Moved to hokas and now trying out altras.

I've got the same colorway Kinvara, and it's such a beautiful shoe. I really loved the lower previous Kinvaras and am not a huge fan of the much higher shoe. That being said this shoe is very light. And feels great to run in, just not the same as the older versions. But I'm maybe 120km into them and seeing the same very accelerated wear you did. Older ones would be bad in the rain (foam sole soaked up water and weigh a ton) and these are surely no different. But I'm not sure I can get 600km from these like did previous models. I also love the E speeds, and have OG E pro to race in.

After the rave reviews I got a pair of Speed 3s in Nov 22. I have very wide feet and they seemed ok, but snug in the mid foot. I loved the responsiveness, though, great for faster sessions and I’ve saved them for that. Now, 6 months later I’ve done (checks Garmin) 359km in them. They outsoles have held up well, still little wear - much better than I expected since little coverage of the foam. The mid soles have definitely lost a bit of bounce, but are still decent. But the upper has really suffered. It has started to tear on both sides of the mid foot of both shoes, I’d guess where under stress from my wide feet. So,overall a good shoe but not one I’ll get again, at least not without going up another half size.

FYI. Endorphin Speed 3 is available as a wide version as well. Next time you might want to look at that.

I had gotten a Saucony women’s Echelon 5 in the past because it supposed to be good for supinators. Anyway, I am obviously passed due for new shoes. Even though I don’t wear them a lot due to spine surgeries and etc., I’ve always tried to get a good running shoe that is good cushioning and good support to support my back. What would you recommend for me having enjoyed the Echelon 5 And looking for a similar one in the new shoes they’ve made? Thank you in advance for getting back to me.

I have the Speed 3 and Pro 2. The Pro 2 is wide enough for my wide feet, so I hope the Pro 3 is not too narrow, when I replace my Pro 2's. The Speed 3 are incredible for the things you mentioned, but they are very poorly build. The outer mesh is torn on several places, luckily the inner mesh is there, so I can keep using them. I saw there is a new Speed 3 with a sulfur color, that seems to have a much better outer mesh. So when my current Speed 3 reach their end, I might go for those. Although the Brooks Hyperion Max also look like a great replacement.

I have both the speed 2 and the mizuno wave rebellion flash. Personally i prefer the mizuno more snappy, far far better grip in all conditions. I do prefer a slightly firmer midsole

I think Sacouny brand fits me the best. I'm new to running and bought Sacouny ride 16 and Hoka Mach X. I like how the Sacouny 16s are so much lighter. I might just use those for my 5k race tbh and the Mach X for a half marathon. For future puproses i'll take weight into more consideration. I don't like how the Mach Xs feel too clunky.

I have the Ride 15 which took some getting used to after running in pillowy Nikes for so long. The cushioning is much firmer in the forefoot but I've found it works for anything but the very longest runs. The weight and breathability of the upper is nice too. On the strength of those, I recently bought a pair of heavily discounted Shift 2s. It's possibly the worst sports shoe (not just running, any sport) that I've ever owned. Large stack height, but doesn't feel cushioned, has little energy return and feel like bricks strapped to my feet.
