its a cold dish pasta and usually customers eat together with other dishes in course meal style instead of ala-carte, its really great their angel pasta!

The expensive pasta was a cold dish and an appetiser portion. Should compare same dish (hot or appetiser or main course) at both vendors 👍🏻 then it would be a more accurate comparison
