Awesome, got it from amazong for like 55 bucks used, so wanted to make sure it wasn't messed up. It doesn't lock from you pushing it in but pushing it out. So I'm glad its not a broken one lol

after looking around at a fair few Chinese (cheap?) tripods I had narrowed it down to three, this one, one from Neewer, and one from K&F I think this video just finalised the decision which tripod it's going to be for me Thanks

@@yrochniak as it happens I bought the Victiv but when I got it, buying from Amazon meant you kind of ended up getting the earlier model which is ok but it wasn't what I ordered Just the way it worked out In an effort to cut down on weight a little more I added a Sirui to the arsenal And I love it

What about the macro attachment for the center column? Haven't been able to find out how to use it.

I though Marco attachment is just 8:16 where the camera is inverted and can be close up to the object near the base of the tripod, I don’t do Marco but I thought that is it but I could be talking rubbish 😂

The restrictor is by twisting the rubber collar

@@365Notarydocs It is like a screw on, if completely loosen it will free spin until it re engage just like a screw on bottle cap. try straighten it up and press down a little and see if it catches the starts of the thread which is inside (you won't see that part) if all fails than faulty and return it
