Lool way better is over doing it. I've been in both the Phantom 8 and many Mulsanne's and the Rolls Royce rides or floats better than any other vehicle out there, the interior is preference but the Bentley Mulsanne is an incredible car but I wouldn't put it over the Phantom.

Even though the Rolls Royce Phantom is unparalleled, I would rather have this any day over the Phantom. Why you ask? Well, I am pleased to answer. The Phantom, in my opinion, droops in the back, so it always looks like it's rear suspension is blown. The Mulsanne has a much more aesthetic exterior in that it almost has a predator look to it. It screams apex predator, without looking tacky. Bentley Mulsanne Speed all the way! (plus it's almost 200k cheaper than the Phantom, depending on options of course). You can even buy a 2014-2017 Mulsanne for around 140-170k with less than 20k miles on it. Almost half the MSRP when new.

Only other car maker with interior that is more beautiful from a design perspective is Aston Martin, I am not sure as far as quality. Rolls Royce cannot compete with this Mulsanne in terms of luxury. I think Bentley finally took the crown.
