I have a great colour brochure on this FLAGSHIP development you built - and these homes, in terms of the price point, represent the top crowning achievement of the housebuilder's offerings. I have been really DROOOOOOOLING over these halo houses, especially plots 1, 3, 4, and 7. I most love plots 3 and 4 which boast indoor swimming pools here - the new must have luxury here in a new top-end halo mansion. The Arts & Crafts architecture pay homage to Voysey and Lutyens here - and these will be legacy homes that will owner occupied, versus just bought as a trophy investment.

Hate the pink and mauve chairs withe red lampshades, god knows what the interior designer was thinking about there, otherwise very nice but some of the bedrooms look like something out of the Bellagio suites in Las Vegas

I don't think Cala homes have carried on the quality since they bought Banner homes.

I agree 100%. I really like Cala Homes, but they are way out of their League buying Banner Homes. Such a lose to the building industry as they have ditched the name and Banner's building design.
