Before Instagram I used to spend my free time watching movies and I adored them because movies used to show women in all shapes and sizes, specially the old ones. But now it’s totally different story. Whenever I scroll up or down I find the Hadids, Kaia, Jenners whatsoever. Everyone on Instagram now is displayed as perfect and flawless, photoshopped. Beauty standards nowadays are EXTREMELY BORING and way TOO overrated. You shouldn’t be like anyone but yourself and embrace it, everyone is unique on their own way!

Very important to note that standards have begun to change many agency’s are now listing the height minimum as 5”6 (select we’re looking at you) and there are a good amount big agency’s that are starting to list 5”6-5”6.5 girls on their boards. I’m 5”6.5 and I’m signed so don’t lose hope :)

Kind of like how Bentley mentioned she got bullied in high school for the distance between her eyes. But that distance is what made her stand out and look unique enough to model high fashion!!
