Excellent and well curated vlog on what Bentong has to offer! Indeed it’s an underrated venue that’s far from the madding crowd where nature meets good food. Appreciate your great efforts to put this video together. Well done! 👍🏻 Will make a road trip to Bentong for our next holiday in Msia. ❤

Hi, so many interesting places to visit in Bentong! Where is the nearest grocery shop near The Gibbon Retreat? A Little Farm on the Hill looks good too, how long in advance required for the booking? Thanks!

Hi! Yes Bentong is really a lovely place to visit. In fact, we didn’t even have enough to time see everything such as the waterfall, the hiking trails and the French village, etc. There is a Bentong Mart about 19 minutes’ drive from The Gibbon Retreat. It is a small grocer store though so if you wish to buy fresh food items, a better bet would be to drive to Kampung Bukit Tinggi which is about 21 minutes drive away. If you don’t mind a longer drive, there is a large supermarket in Bentong called TMG Mart which is about 31 minutes drive away. A Little Farm on the Hill is indeed a very lovely place to experience farm to table gourmet lunch. We booked about 2 weeks in advance. However we would highly recommend that you book as early in advance as possible because they only serve luncheons on Saturdays and Sundays and hence, spots are usually booked up fast, especially during holiday seasons. Hope this helps and thanks for watching our video. Have a blessed day!😊

Is it warm at the Gibbon Retreat during the day? How's the bugs and mosquitoes situation?
@travelsandroadtrips5 ай бұрын
Hi! It can get abit warm during the day depending on the weather and your heat tolerance. But once you turn on the fan, it’s actually fine and breezy. At night there are some bugs but nothing scary. We saw a gecko which was rather cute😄. Surprisingly no mosquitoes though. Perhaps it’s because at night, we burn the mosquito coils which the retreat provided. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching and have a blessed day!😊

Hi, for the Gibbon Retreat, you could contact Jason at +60169323202. For a Little Farm on the Hill, we made enquiry via email and made booking via their online booking system. Hence, we don't have the contact person's name. The contact number which we found on their website is +60 9-233 0194. Their enquiry email is info@alittlefarmonthehill.com and website is alittlefarmonthehill.com/ Hope the above helps. Thank you for watching our video and have a blessed evening! 😊
