We should always forgive - evaluate this statement Para 1 - I agree because Jesus tells us to forgive “not 7 but 77 times” This means that we should always forgive if we want to follow Jesus and follow his word. This is a strong argument because holy Christians should allows follow the word of god if they want to be respectful and obeying. The quote is also significant because it shows the effect of repenting more times than once to make god forgive us because of our sins Para 2 - I agree because Jesus tells us “treat others how you would like to be treated” this is important because it shows how we should always treat others the same way we want to be treated so forgiving someone will help god to forgive you. This is a strong argument because it can bring a closer relationship between you and God and it can make you a much better person Para 3 - I disagree because Jesus says “an eye for an eye” which means that if someone would slap you on the left cheek, you would slap them back on the right cheek”. This is a strong argument because Jesus told us to do it so we need to if we want to be great followers of Jesus to help Christians enter heaven Para 4 - I disagree with this statement because in the old testament it says “if there is serious injuries, you are to take life for life” which links to “an eye for an eye” because it shows how revenge should be done. This is a strong argument because it shows how you should retaliate to anything that comes to you Para 5 - some non religious views may think that forgiveness should always be done because it will make the world a better place and it will bring peace and cause less conflict. This is a strong argument because it can actually make the world a better place and it can make God love you more and more. Para 6 - In conclusion I agree with this statement because God shows us how we should always forgive and “God is so loving” and “so forgiving”.
