30:12 I don't see how that follows. If we have free will, so likely do animals and babies. But I don't think either of them should be punished for their behaviour, at least not retributive punishment. That's interesting actually: I wonder if the limitations of our knowledge are connected to the free will-determinism debate. If I believe I only have two choices (like to scratch my ear or not) then do I really have free will, if that's all I'm aware that I can do.
