Could you argue against the weakness that society needs laws by saying Arisotle takes into account of this, and there are some moral laws that are absolute, he says this for actions such as murder and adultery, could that be an appropriate counter argument?

There is a video of a janitor mopping the floor around the body of a patient who had passed out and fallen on the floor. The patient died, and the janitor--I think--was fired. It was a charity hospital.
