Fletcher writes in his book Situation Ethics, that a married woman with 3 children was trapped in a prison camp and the only way to be released was either to get pregnant or get ill. Fletcher writes the woman asks one of the guards to get her pregnant so she can return to her family. Fletcher says committing adultery was acceptable if it was the most loving thing to do. Also, thank you so much! I'm doing A-level RE and you make Situation Ethics succinct and easier to understand!

he also says that a married housewife trapped in an abusive relationship would be justified to commit adultery as it shows the most love for herself rather than satisfying an evil agent
