I watch _a lot_ of KZbin, we're talking 7+ hours most days. I think that's a low weekly average for me. And I watch a lot of random channels that he somehow has already commented on the videos. Or, at this point its probably a bunch of accounts with identical names/and pictures because it stands out and clearly works.
