Bepuzzled 3D Crystal Puzzle- The Black Castle- Tutorial Version

this is a step by step tutorial of how the bepuzzled original 3d crystal puzzle the black castle is put together. this puzzle is one of the ones without numbers so I will show you each piece and do a little description of it then show you how it connects to the rest of the puzzle.

I have a newer version of this that a lady gave me in 2022. The Crystal Blocks 3D puzzle has extra pieces that I worked out of my puzzle. Seems like my 4 tower pieces are not going to fit either. I have the 2 flat pieces attached to half pieces that should snap into the tower tops with the right thickness to snap the flag / flag tops onto the rods. I know there are extra pieces because there's a rim with 3 pieces fitted together that CAN NOT GO ANYWHERE. I also have 4 extra half rounds that belong to some one else out there trying to do theirs without these. Extra pieces and lost pieces would make this impossible and frustrating for someone. Took me 6 hours. In my newer version, the castle does not lock to the music and light box base. Hope to find some more of these 3D puzzles.

Edit: Omg I made it to 10:24 and realized this brand-new set is missing a piece T_____T Beautiful, thank you. I honestly don't think I would have been able to do this in a million years without this tutorial, this thing is brutal!!

Ty Collet sometimes there’s extra pieces not all the time it just means somewhere someone is missing that piece. (Probably) I’ve gotten a few with missing or extra pieces.

@@leoswag6394 I don’t have it out atm but on their website it says 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 7-1/2" are the dimensions so 7.5” tall :)

My dad bought this puzzle years and years ago, I found it today and decided to build it. Your guide is very helpful, but my dad must have thrown away a few pieces out of anger! So I can’t complete it sadly

Mmm I’m not sure what stores you have over there :( I’ve found them on Amazon with you being over there that would probably be your best option. Unless you have a Walmart or kohl’s around there I’ve gotten them in store at Walmart and online for both.

I’ve had a few that were missing pieces, either have to talk to the place you bought it from or with Bepuzzled themselves. They should be able to get it exchanged for you.

melissa fortin :( first problem I could think of is that there may be some overfill from the molding process. If that’s the case the pieces won’t fit properly. If there isn’t any overfill you might have to get a replacement puzzle from either Ugames themselves or the store you bought it from :(
