This video is step by step instructions for the bepuzzled original 3d crystal puzzle the red bird. this puzzle unfortunately is one of the ones that isn't numbered so I will be showing you the piece and you will have to match it up with the pieces you have.

Literally I once had just finished this whole puzzle by myself. It took hours, and as soon as I was about to screw it together, it fell and shattered on the floor 😭

O no :( I was told by someone they use masking/ scotch tape to hold it together until the pole is in. :( hopefully that’ll help

This video is no help at all. Give me a top view picture of the pieces in the order that they are placed, like they are laid out at the beginning. Say whether they are outer edge sloping up or down. Keep your fingers out of the way. This is really tough.

When I go to tighten the bottom screw with the key it does nothing. It just stays completely lose 😭😭

There may be something faulty with the stick then. :( it might not be properly threaded so it’s not catching on the puzzle and tightening. Check out the stick, if it seems the threading is ok there check the pole, if it’s not either of those see if the puzzle is completely aligned with no gaps on the puzzle itself as that could also cause an issue there. Unfortunately if those aren’t the issue then you might have to exchange the puzzle out. :(

There’s instructions available at ugames.com/instructions they’ll at least show you one side of the puzzle it’s better than nothing… not everyone understands the way I explain them but it is the simplest way without numbers on the pieces. What you can do if you’re trying to put them together without instructions think of them like they were a normal puzzle. You look for a piece with the opposite to fit into it. and think of how big around the piece is. Smaller pieces will be for around the head while larger ones for the body.

Brandshy Hawkins mmm if you can’t find it you might have a missing piece. Sadly sometimes they don’t have all the pieces. :( might have to count the pieces you have and make sure they match the number on the box, only sure fire way to know if you’re missing any or not. :/ I’ve had a few that pieces were missing. If you’re missing any you can take it back from where you bought it from or write to bepuzzled/ university games directly. To get it replaced.

There is two sides. Without there being numbers on the pieces this is the simplest way showing you where the distinguishing parts are on the pieces. But not everyone understands the way I explain it. They have instructions on the ugames website but they’ll only show you one side. Ugames.com/instructions I think they have the website on the side of the box somewhere.
